Meet Our Staff

Executive Director: Bonnae Meshulam
Bonnae Meshulam, Executive Director, came out of retirement in August of 2012 to head the Boys and Girls Club of Westminster. After 28 years as the President of Junior Achievement of Central Maryland and Western New York, she brought with her an expertise in the field of non-profits and a desire to aid the youth of our community. She is excited to use her skill set to enrich the lives of members of the Boys and Girls Club and effect change. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, bungee jumping (even though her husband is too scared and won’t come with her), and the occasional round of golf.

Program Director: David Sampson  David Sampson, Program Director, was first introduced to Boys and Girls Club through a social work class taught at McDaniel College. He decided to continue working at the Boys and Girls Club for the rest of his college career. The Fall after he graduated, Dave was honored with the opportunity to work full-time as Program Director. He has exciting plans for adding fun new programs to the Club, including programs focusing on the principles of S.T.E.M. The new programs will highlight how the Boys and Girls Club positively impacts grades and the everyday lives of the youth of Westminster. While his main focus is to keep programs fun, Dave also realizes the importance of maintaining strong relationships with the parents and schools of the club members.
